Mohammed Alrammah
Throughout his 35 years of banking experience in the Saudi, GCC, and global markets, Mohammed has worked closely with top business owners and prominent families, advising on local and global opportunities to preserve and grow their wealth as well as guiding them in building efficient teams and operations.
He is recognized as a trusted advisor to leading families, family offices, institutions, and government/semi-government entities across the region, with deep expertise in Wealth Management, Financial Operations, and Strategic Recruiting. Prior to founding MAP Executive Search, Mohammed held senior leadership roles, including Managing Director at UBS Wealth Management, Credit Suisse and Assistant General Manager at SAMBA Financial Group.

Peter Greaves
Peter relocated to Dubai in 2005 to head the banking sector for a regional search firm. Since then, Peter has worked with two global executive search firms and led his own consultancy for five years.
Whilst still recognized by many in the Gulf as a leading search professional in financial services, Peter has also served many of the large family groups, corporates, private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds across multiple industry sectors.
Peter is the Managing Director and has over thirty-five years of executive search experience across three continents. His early years were based in the City of London England, specializing in financial markets, specifically: capital markets, structured products, emerging markets equities, hedge funds, program trading, private banking and family offices.

Tasnim Fakhruddin
Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including Banking and Financial Services, Public Sector, Family Conglomerates, Telecom, Real Estate and Consumer, with a strong focus on the MENA region. This cross-sector exposure has given her a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, governance structures and leadership requirements across both established and high-growth organizations. Prior to joining MAP, Tasnim served as an executive recruiter at Spencer Stuart and Egon Zehnder, specializing in C-suite and Board-level searches.
Tasnim brings over 20 years of experience in executive search, having worked with both boutique regional firms and leading global executive search organizations. Throughout her career, she has successfully executed Board-level and C-suite mandates, partnering closely with boards, shareholders, and senior leadership teams on critical leadership appointments.
